Know Your Caprini Risk Score Project

This project is designed to introduce individuals to the Caprini Risk Assessment tool since blood clots are the leading preventable cause of death following surgery or hospitalization. This project will help us as we assemble an anonymous database of blood clots risks in the US.

This is a university research project and closed to the general public.
